Social Service Work (Level 4) with ANV

Purpose

The National Certificate in Social Service Work with Abuse, Neglect, and Violence (Level 4) is a qualification for social service workers who are at a beginning level of competency in social service work with abuse, neglect, and violence.

The qualification is designed for paid and unpaid social service workers who work in community agencies that provide services to those who are affected by abuse, neglect, and violence (for example, a women's refuge), as well as other social service workers who encounter situations of abuse, neglect, and violence in the course of their work.

This qualification is currently only available as inhouse training with the National Collective of Independent Women's Refuges and Safer Homes in New Zealand Everyday (SHINE).
