Returns Policy

Careerforce reserves the right to accept or decline returns.

If you have purchased an item in error, please contact our Training Support team using the details on the Contact Us page.

The printing and distribution of Careerforce training material is handled by Maxim Print and Digital. If you have a quality issue or have not received your order within ten days of placing the order, please contact Maxim Print and Digital in the first instance.

Shipping

Careerforce will only ship to New Zealand addresses.

Before you have finalised the payment of your order you will be presented with the shipping cost. Careerforce has worked to minimise the cost paid for shipping learning and assessment resources. For every 8 items the shipping cost is $5.00 (+GST). This is demonstrated below:

1 - 8 items: $5

9 - 16 items: $10

17 - 24 items: $15

25 - 32 items: $20

etc

It is expected that items will take no more than 10 days to be delivered upon email confirmation of your order placement.
